Crystal McNally, Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner

My journey in healthcare began in 2003 when I obtained my Certified Nurse Assistant license at a long-term and memory care facility in Carson City, Nevada. This experience ignited my passion for serving the geriatric population, and over the years, I have dedicated myself to providing quality care to those in need.
Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience working in various healthcare settings. I started by caring for disabled and geriatric inmates in the infirmary of a state prison and later transitioned to the telemetry unit at the local hospital. In 2010, I completed my Associates in Nursing at Western Nevada College, followed by the achievement of my bachelor’s degree in nursing through the University of Phoenix in 2015. I continued to grow professionally and, in 2020, proudly completed my Master’s in Nursing – Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner through South University.
Having relocated to my home state of Idaho in 2017, I had the privilege of assisting in the opening of the new St. Luke’s Nampa hospital. Now, I am thrilled to be back in Idaho, eager to serve the local community that I am deeply connected to.
Amanda Whitaker, Medical Assistant

I have been a medical assistant for more than 13 years. Prior to that I was a CNA and caregiver for 12 years. As a CNA I found my passion for the medical field I posse a natural talent to helping care for others. I have mostly worked in family practice; additionally, I have gained experience working in OB/GYN, pediatrics clinic, and a podiatry office where I learned how to correctly trim toenails. I provide toenail care for our patients and insurance covers this as we look for the correct diagnosis to cover the cost.
In my spare time I am a highly active person and enjoy time with my family. I have been a runner all throughout my life with 2 marathons completed and so many half marathons I lost count a long time ago. My middle son got me interested in powerlifting and have competed in that arena as well. I love reading all kinds of books, listening to great music, camping, knee boarding, and traveling.
